high school:junior year
So far throughout the school year(even though its only the second week) it already seems a whole lot better than last year. Yes, I noticed I already have about twice the amount of homework I did last year and I'm perfectly fine with that because I think that will help me be more on top of my studies this year. I noticed last school year how if I become too relaxed about my classes then I really do get worse grades. I'm only in algebra 2 general which makes me mad because I feel so stupid being in general algebra 2 especially when your class is full of preps and a senior. I'm so bored in that class because I've learned everything we have done so far and we got our textbooks today and I looked at the table of contents and saw that I'm not going to be learning anything new really till the middle of the school year. I mean, I guess its nice being in a class where its going to be an easy A( that makes half of my classes easy A classes because I have french 3 and drama 1 which are really easy so far, but I dont get how drama will be hard). I would like to be challenged a little and I will be challenged in all of my classes except for math class(which is shocking because math is one of my worst subjects and its ironic that I'm going to try to be in MAO again this year...I can actually do something worthwhile towards MAO this year though! I'm more awesome at algebra then geometry!). My two AP classes are going to be challenging. So far, I don't think I'm going to totally die in APUSH no matter what anyone else has told me. All the people who have told me bad things about that class have not even taken the class so what do they really know about the class? nothing. I actually like history too for some weird reason when a bunch of people I know hate history. Its one of my favorite subjects in school(but I really do hate learning about Native Americans and prehistoric times). Anyways, this school year, I'm going to go back to my straight A's and not be in situations like last year franctically pulling up grades toward the end of the nine weeks.
